Why the freephone service?

To be in compliance with the European guidance MEDDEV 2.14/3 rev.1, the end-user must have the opportunity to ask a copy of the Instructions for Use by calling a free telephone number.

How does it work?

  • Our E-Labeling Services includes free telephone numbers accessible from Europe, North-America and other geographic areas.
  • Our operators answer the customer in his own language and Qarad’s team forwards him the instructions. So no intervention from the IVD manufacturer is needed.
  • The user can call the freephone service 24/7.
